A POST-SAO ROLEPLAY
It's been five years since our heroes have defeated the game. Five years of life in the real world. When news is heard that the game is making a come back, many were wary. All for naught, it seemed. The game released and everything was fine. No comatose children, no unexplained deaths linked to the game. It seemed this time, everything was working for the better.
Until he reappeared.
The Game Master had been lurking in the shadows of Sword Art Online, carefully waiting and biding his time until he had enough strength to once again capture the world. But he isn't the only one who's risen from the grave. The other players who had supposedly died the first time reappeared as well. There is currently no explanation as to how they survived. Many of the original survivors believe it to be a trap from The Game Master. Some believe their soul was imprinted and saved into the game's data banks. Others have theories that no one ever left the game, that even their time in the 'real world' was all fake.
The only thing everyone can agree on is that they need to get out. They must band together to defeat The Game Master and be free once and for all.
